IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
On the day of arrival your apartment is at 4 p.m. available. On the day of departure please note that you have to enable the apartment til 10 a.m.
Rich breakfast buffet is available from 8.00 am till 10 am.
Furthermore we offer a daily breadservice to our apartments/chalets for an extra charge. The breakfast is euro 18,- per person.
There is a final cleaning for each apartment/chalet

There is a local tax of euro 3,50 per person/day. Children and Teenager up to 15 years are free.

To fix your booking we ask you for a prepayment of 30% of the total price within 2 weeks - details you find in your booking confirmation
Discounts for children in parents’ room (for two guests paying full price – discount on the adult rate)
- children up to 3 years 100% discount
- children 4 - 6 yeaars 40% discount
- children 7 - 10 years 20% discount
- children 11 - 14 years 10% discount
There is an extra charge of euro 20,- per night for a child's bed
There is an extra charge 10% per person / day up to three days.
Chalets buchbar ab 3 Nächten im Sommer, Herbst und Vorwinter.
Chalets are bookable up to 3 nights in summer, autumn and pre-winter.
In the main seasons (silvester, carneval & easter) there is an short therm stay of 5 night for all rooms.
In the event of cancellation or early departure Austrian Hotel Regulations apply
- 3 months before the arival date there are no costs
- 3 - 1 months before the arrival date 40% of the full amount
- 1 month before the arrival date 70% of the full amount
- 1 week before the arrival date 90% of the full amount
If there is a travel warning you have the possibility to cancel your booking for free
